Christmas sales

I actually jotted down this data on Christmas Day, 2006, but I got so overwhelmed with the holidays that I didn't write this blog till now. (Hey, at my house, it's crazy through Valentine's Day!)

Not a lot of houses sold the week leading up to Christmas, but some (including a listing of mine), closed just in time for the buyers to get a tree up. Notably, a total of 24 houses in Riverside closed that week while 45 others and 4 condos went into escrow. Looking at the prices, it's worth noting that the most closed sales were in the lowest range:
300k to 400k: 9
400k to 500k: 8
500k to 600k: 3
600k to 700k: 2
700k to 800k: 1
800k to 900k: 1
